I am interested in Victorian social history, antiques, heritage architecture, and most sports.

I am a devoted fan of the Vancouver Canucks, BC Lions, Seattle Seahawks, and Seattle Mariners and watch or listen to most of the games. I was a season-ticket holder for the Victoria Salmon Kings.

I spend time knitting, sewing and crocheting. I am never without a book to read; I read just about everything but have a real interest in mysteries and historical novels.

It almost goes without saying that I love my Macs, and spend several hours a day working on them.

In the last few years I have discovered genealogy and spend many hours working on my family tree. I have been working with second cousins that I met online to discover the identity of my great-great-grandfather and to create a complete family tree for my children and grandchildren.
