Unfortunately that means we will have a limited supply of certain plants in 2004.
We will have a larger supply of all of our plants next season.

We have marked plant availability for 2004 and will update periodically.

We look forward to serving you better in 2005 and thank you for your business!

We make every possible effort to get the plants to you in excellent condition. If any plants do not arrive in good condition (when promptly picked up) you have three choices: 1) The plants can be replaced free of charge with your next order. 2) we can issue a credit note for replacement with another plant of your choice with your next order, or 3) you may pay the shipping cost for sending replacement plants without placing an additional order. We would like to see photos of problems that may have occurred.

Since we have no control over their culture after you receive them, we regret that we can make no guarantees after the plants are in your hands. If you delayed in picking up your order, we will not be responsible if the plants are damaged. If there is a chance you will be out of town when the order is to be shipped, please advise us by e-mail or by telephone so we can delay shipment. We can notify you by e-mail if you wish as to when your order will be shipped.

PROBLEMS AND COMPLAIINTS

We address all problems promptly. We strive to have happy customers and can proudly say that we have a high percentage of repeat customers every year.

If you do have a problem we cannot fix it if you do not contact us promptly.

The plants, except for the Orchids, come in 2 1/2 inch pots. Large plants do not grow in 2 1/2 inch pots so please do not expect large plants.

(SHIPPING SEASON IS LATE MAY TO LATE OCTOBER, WEATHER PERMITTING)
THERE MAY BE A TIME DELAY OF SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE WE CLEAR OUT THE BACKLOG OF EARLY ORDERS. WE DO NOT CHARGE CREDIT CARDS UNTIL THE DAY THE ORDER IS SHIPPED AND WE WILL EMAIL YOU ON THE DAY OF SHIPPING.
