If you are keeping a journal, you will be clearing and releasing emotions quite efficiently, but sometimes it's hard to identify emotions, because of all our short-circuits and blockages. A gut feeling of "uneasiness", may be the only clue that something is going on inside.

Follow it in there and sit quietly waiting for it to reveal itself to you. Just accept yourself and wait peacefully for the real emotion to emerge, like you would wait for a wild animal to trust you and eat out of your hand. Prepare to treat all your emotions kindly, whether they turn out to be an angry tiger or a slimy worm; every emotion is good, because they are another colour in our personal palette. Would we want a world without gray or brown in it? Your inner world has all colours, too; it's built that way, so don't judge yourself, ever..
